East Hill Market Update: October 2026
Here's how East Hill homes have been selling over the past year, and what the numbers mean if you're thinking about buying or selling here.

What the numbers mean
If you're selling
Sales held steady over the year (127 compared with 123), but the median price came down about 5%. With 18 of the 44 homes on the market already reduced, the price you start at matters. A home priced well from the first day is less likely to sit on the market while buyers wait to see if it drops.
If you're buying
You have choice right now, and a typical sale takes about six or seven weeks. Houses still move faster than townhomes (37 days against 55), so if a well-kept character home on a street you love comes up, it's worth being ready with your financing in place.
A median describes the neighbourhood, not your house. A view, a suite, updated wiring and plumbing, or the size of the lot can put an East Hill home well above or below these figures.
